With only 2 days left before the last of the wings opens, Seradane took down the Blood Queen of all San'layn, Lana'thel. It was a struggle-filled fight, in which we suffered from crazy teleporting causing 2-second lag and killing trees and random deaths x4 of a certain rogue.

All in all, the tries got better and better and just when we had had it, with only 2 tries left we quickly downed her - in true Seradane Style.   Everyone were great troopers as we figured out that biting order does matter to a degree (for now). And now that we have all the mechanics and know what works, the next time we see her we will be stronger and like usual, farm her ever more.  

Great raidleading by Metro last night and great off-tanking by Ohava. It really is awesome that we have such talent in this guild that we can switch up roles for a bit and still progress. Next up for Seradane - Arthas is going down!

We felt it last week. We felt that we had the mechanics just right on Putricide and it was just all about DOING it. Well, Thursday we came and boy did we ever JUST DO IT! Putricide went down the first round that we got to him, leaving the full 15 tries available for Blood-Queen Lana'thel.

On a relative high of getting rid that pesky Putricide down we headed over to the Blood Princes. Hands down this fight is one of the more mechanics-oriented fights and it is a blast. I will fully agree that this is my favorite WOTLK fight. Everyone MUST pay attention to what is going on. Everyone must contribute to pulling it off at the right time and right place. From juggling a sphere between the floor and ceiling to staying that 15 yards away from a commrade, all need to be precisely implemented.

With such a fun fight on our hands, we really pulled it together once we understood the mechanics needed and took the life out of all three. A mention-worthy praise must be sung for Spreadchaos. His performance last night was crucial to this fight, and it was brilliant! Awesome work Spreadchaos and also to Wraix for a very clever spec.

To even show off how well we understood and implemented the tactics on the Blood Princes, we got a nice achievement unexpectedly. It is great to not only get two First Kills in one night, but to get an achievement on one too, is fan-bloody-tastic!

Wednesday evening was an ordinary, clear all till progress bosses kind of day. It went fairly smoothly and along the way we picked up "I'm On a Boat" achievement.

This is one place where the achievement makes a fight just oh so much more fun. This fight goes from a fun, but can be boring fight to a "omgImustspamhealthetank!!". It's a great fight fight for thoroughput from the healers and the jumping is just so much fun for the dps and tanks. Some credit must go out to our great off-tank Ohava who gave his life over and over for this achievement to be completed. Even three healers spamming just couldn't keep him up!

Grats everyone on a smooth, nice Wednesday raid.

Last night we had a fun time in ToC-Heroic and then spending time on Algalon, which we took down with maybe 1 second to spare at the 59th minute! It was great fun, unfortunately we didn't have time to really give Yogg+0 a try, but we did go for and succeed with They're Coming Out of the Walls.

As silly as these last achievements are, and how we totally outgear it now, it was still a fun one to do. So much damage! I'll never know how Metro, Atahualpa and myself survived that last blast. We should've been dead for sure. Grats to our new Starcallers! We'll be looking in to continuing wiping up Ulduar, getting these last bit of achievements and if anyone needs for Glory of the Ulduar Raider, etc. It is all about squeezing it in when we have time, especially since we get new things tomorrow!

Cheers for the fun raid though everyon! 

In the last month or so we have put in some effort every once in awhile in taking down the Faction Champions at the same time, last night we finally saw the fruitrition of our commitment. Oddly enough, in a night where we battled the internet, in which the internet no-doubt won, this was our best try at Resilience Will Fix It, and it paid off. Previous tries didn't have the cohesion that was needed, something was always off, and in true Seradane style, when the right stars aligned, we accomplish it.

A special thanks to all those who have put forth effort into any achievement we have done, even if they were not there during the kill. We each play a small part in the greater role of the guild, and it is nice to know we all can stand up together and get things done.
